Import TopstepX trades into your journal

Running a Topstep eval or funded account? Export your trades from TopstepX and TradeHelp journals them in one pass — mapped automatically, fees netted, and the whole batch assigned to the right prop account so your cushion math stays honest.

Export from TopstepX

  1. In TopstepX, open your trade history / trades log for the account you want to journal.
  2. Set the date range you're after.
  3. Use the export to CSV action — the file has columns like ContractName, EnteredAt, ExitedAt, EntryPrice, ExitPrice, Fees, PnL, Size, Type.

Import into TradeHelp

  1. Open the Journal tab and click Import CSV.
  2. Drop the file in — TradeHelp shows "TopstepX export recognized" with every column mapped.
  3. Pick the matching prop account in "Assign imported trades to" so the trades count toward that account's target and drawdown.
  4. Check the preview, click Import, and watch the account card update.

What TradeHelp handles for you

Topstep traders often also run Tradovate or NinjaTrader 8 — both exports are auto-recognized too.
